Law enforcement officials are currently investigating the death of InfoWars reporter Jami White, who was “brutally murdered” around midnight in Austin, Texas, on Sunday. InfoWars founder Alex Jones has blamed Democrat donor George Soros and the “crime syndicate of the Democratic Party” for White’s death.
According to CBS Austin, Austin Police Department officers discovered a victim with traumatic injuries at an apartment complex in the 2300 block of Douglas Street after responding to an emergency call at roughly 11:57 p.m. on Sunday.
CBS Austin cited Leah Ratliff, an Austin Police Department public information officer, who confirmed that within two minutes of receiving the emergency call, law enforcement officials discovered a male victim with “obvious signs of trauma” at the apartment complex. While the victim was transported to a local hospital, he was later pronounced dead.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Jones identified InfoWars reporter Jamie White as the man “brutally murdered” in Austin on Sunday night.
CBS Austin reported that an investigation into White’s death remains ongoing; however, officials have not yet disclosed information regarding potential suspects or the injuries that led to White’s death. “This is pretty early on in the investigation, and the homicide unit will be releasing more information as they’re able,” Ratliff said.
Addressing White’s death in his social media post, Jones wrote, “We are deeply saddened to inform you that InfoWars Reporter Jamie White was brutally murdered around midnight Sunday night due, in part, to the policies of the Soros Austin, TX D.A. Jose Garza.”
In his post, Jones said that White’s death would “not be in vain” and that the people responsible for the “senseless violence” would be “brought to justice.”

In a video accompanying his post on social media, Jones elaborated on his claim that White’s death was partially due to the policies implemented by Garza and Democrat politicians.
“I lay all of this squarely at the feet of Soros and of the sort of crime syndicate of the Democratic Party,” Jones said. “They are the ones that administratively cut the police, prosecuted the police, and even cases that are hundred percent clear to be lawful, legal activities.”
“You murdered Jamie White, you opened the door, you created the climate, you created the conditions on purpose,” Jones added. “George Soros. Alexander Soros, you murdered Jamie White. Joe Biden, you murdered Jamie White. Democratic Party, Hakeem Jeffries, Al Green, you murdered Jamie White.”
Jones claimed that the Democrat Party leaders are “sick, degenerate, evil people” and are “accomplices” to White’s murder.
