Fox Corp. pushing LGBTQ agenda on Fox News employees using Woke AI to monitor staff leaked documents show

The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh shared internal documents Thursday from Fox News employees, revealing that Fox Corp. is encouraging its employees to support LGBTQ+ organizations during Pride Month.

According to The Daily Wire, screenshots of the Fox employee portal show the company encouraging its employees to consider donating to organizations such as the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the Trevor Project and the Ali Forney Center.

Walsh warned that the Trevor Project promotes a “sexually explicit chat room” that allows 13-year-old children to be connected with LGBTQ adults. He claimed that Fox highlights the Ali Forney Center as an organization that supports “homeless LGBT youth,” while it supports the injection of cross-sex hormones for children. Finally, he shared that the Los Angeles LGBT Center recently posted a video on social media that showed a mother giving her “trans daughter” her first doses of hormone treatments.

The screenshots shared by Walsh also reveal the company is encouraging employees to read LGBTQ books with explicit content, including descriptions of pornographic scenes with homosexual characters.

“Do the executives and owners just not know what’s happening in their company?  Are they trying to comply with some onerous New York State Law?  Do they not care?  Do they actually support this nonsense? Fox News’ audience deserves to know. Or maybe Fox leadership isn’t concerned with how the audience feels because they’re not really beholden to those viewers at all,” Walsh tweeted.

Walsh claimed that among Fox’s largest shareholders are “enormous institutional investors” that “consolidate the wealth of millions of Americans” to promote a “radical agenda.”

“They are Fox’s real customers,” he said. “And they’re getting exactly what they want.”

According to Walsh, there are many employees at Fox that do not agree with the company’s promotion of the LGBTQ agenda. At the same time, Walsh said Fox has directed its employees to sign up for an AI program called Eskalera, which is used to help employees “engage in activities that will deepen” an “understanding of identity” while also helping employees “explore more nuanced D&I concepts.”

Walsh said the AI program includes a “peer comfort index” and a “diversity index,” which are partially impacted by the number of times Fox employees “practice micro-affirmations.”
